Playing squash helps me stay physically fit, improves my reflexes and teamwork skills. By competing against opponents from different countries, I've learned new skills and expanded my cultural awareness.

I actively led and participated in various cross-cultural events and activities. These initiatives helped enhance the development of small players' squash journeys in Africa. I believe that using sports as a medium can effectively cultivate a global perspective.

Alongside my studies, squash training, and competitions, I dedicate time to activities like ecological field research and stray animal rescue. Through these experiences, I honed my organizational skills and fostered a team-oriented mindset.
